I’m writing this in the throes of organised frenzy as I’m prepping all of my products for the Brisbane Planner Markets. We’re also all recovering from a nasty tummy bug, which really put Squish out of sorts for about 10 days, the poor darling. I never imagined myself to be covered in someone else’s vomit and diarrhorea, and there I was the last week or so, wiping up bits of food on her exhausted little face, and giving her cuddles in the shower after another poop explosion. Needless to say, I’m about four weeks behind on where I had planned to be with my market prep, my blog, and my product releases on my Etsy shop. But, that’s life, and I’m rolling with the punches!
Without further ado, below are the March and April 2017 Daily and Self-care prompt cycles. Many many apologies for those who have been waiting for this, I sincerely forgot to upload them last week during all the commotion in my household.
NOTE: If you’re new to the Prompt Cycle concept, go here for an explanation, but please note that I haven’t included calendars this year, as people have found them a bit confusing, sooooo I’ve created printables with each prompt typed out. If you’d prefer the calendar layout, send me an email and I can send that through to you
LAST BUT NOT LEAST, I’m kindly asking all readers a huge favour. Send me an email or comment below, with your answers to the questions below:
- Do you use one or both of the prompt cycles? If only one, why?
- How successful has it been for you in encouraging daily micro-journalling and self-care?
- Would you use it more if it was in a notebook format for you to print and own?
- Have you shared my prompt cycles with friends, family and/or colleagues? If yes, how successful has it been for them to encourage daily micro-journalling and self-care?
