I’m writing this on New Year’s Eve and everyone in my house is sleeping. It has been a ridiculously challenging 2016 and this is the first time in my entire life where I’m actually looking forward to year’s end. The only overriding positive aspect of 2016 was the birth of my daughter, and everything else? I say good riddance! That aside, I’m keeping this post short and sweet.
If you’re a regular reader to this blog, you’ve noticed that I haven’t been blogging much, but you’ll also notice that I set up my prompt cycles well in advance in 2016 so that you can all enjoy them while I was away adjusting to parenthood. If you’re a new reader, and are keen on knowing a little bit more info about my prompt cycles, visit this post first, then come back here and read on for 2017.
Here are the prompt cycles for January and February 2017 in a very basic table format:
I’ve combined the two types of prompt cycles I had in 2016 and combined them into one master list. I’ve also added an optional self-care column in the prompt cycles, which you might enjoy incorporating as part of your day. They are just simple exercises to increase awareness and a way to unwind.
I’ll post the calendar versions of these later on in the month, and March and April installments at the end of February.
That’s all from me for now. From our family to yours, here’s to an amazing 2017!!!
